Architectural Guidelines
The ACA works to preserve our property value through oversight and management of the external aesthetic of our community.

Homeowner Association Fees
These dues cover pool and common area maintenance and utilities, insurance fees, taxes, reserve fund allocation, and for community-approved capital projects.
Current monthly HOA Dues = $180.00
As of February 2022 - all residents need to create their account in Vine. Moving forward, Vine will be the portal you'll use to submit payments.

Please note that your monthly HOA dues are due on the 1st of each month and all invoices are generated and disseminated monthly.

Basic Tips:
Know where to go. If you are ordered to evacuate, know the hurricane evacuation routes.
Take pictures of personal belongings in case you need to file an insurance claim.
Disaster Supply Kit- this should include, but not limited to, flashlights, batteries, cash, first aid kit, medications.
If you decide to stay in your home, please be sure to plan for adequate supplies in case power & water is lost over extended periods of time.
